Terms and Conditions for Class Bookings
All classes are non-profit making. DanceWest is a registered charity supporting the community to be healthy and happy by participating in dance, health and wellbeing programmes.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a term booking, you may do so before the start of term, and your fee will be refunded in full*.
If you cancel within 7 days of the course starting, you will be refunded your fee* minus any classes that have already taken place. Alternatively, you can transfer your purchase to an equivalent class (subject to availability).
After 7 days from the start of term, your fee will only be refunded* in cases of illness or injury where a valid doctor’s note is provided.
Classes are non-transferable, and so we cannot offer alternatives at a later date if you miss a class.
If we cancel a class, an additional session will be scheduled to make up for it.
If we cancel the entire programme, you will be offered the choice to transfer to a similar class or receive a refund* minus any classes that have already taken place.
*All refunds will be subject to an administration charge equal to 10% of the total purchase price.
Attendance:
Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals are at the teacher's discretion and if you are 10 or more minutes late you may not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund.
If a participant is unable to attend a particular session, no alternative or make up classes will be offered.
Health and Safety:
Participants should be in good health and make us aware of any medical conditions that may impact participation (Please ensure you have completed the medical form - disclosing any medical conditions will not prohibit you from participation, but will make sure our teachers are best equipped to support your safety and wellbeing.)
