Dancing Books

Supported by Hammersmith and Fulham Council, Dancing Books brings dance to new environments and new audiences by delivering dance sessions in three local libraries - Avonmore, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith Library.  Dancing Books uses literature as inspiration for a series of creative classes for parents, carers and children under 5 years.

Launching the project on World Book Day, the libraries asked their users to nominate their favourite book for under 5's. The winning titles have been used as an inspiration for creative dance classes.
