DanceWest has announced a series of classes at the Lyric Theatre in Hammersmith and the DanceWest studio. With classes taking place morning, after school and in the evening there is no excuse not to move into 2023!

Free Holiday Club

Free Holiday Club! Exclusively for children 4-11 years receiving free school meals or families receiving Universal Credit who live in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Take part in a festive programme of dance activities, workshops led by our award winning team of teachers and special guest choreographers.
A hot lunch will be provided each day. Parents and carers can sign up for an entire week or day by day. Limited places available. more here

Dance for Dementia

Regular dancing reduces the risk of dementia by 76%, twice as much as reading. (New England Journal of Medicine, 2018). Dance for Dementia a free series of classes starts Tuesday 7th June!
Move to the music in a Lyrical and Contemporary dance class for adults living with Dementia, and their carers, led by DanceWest. Build confidence by learning exercises and fun routines that increase your strength and balance.
