How It Works:

Duration: Up to 2 hours
Dance Style: Choose any style that suits your students' interests.
Eligibility: Open to all schools within the M25 (or just outside if you’re West of London). Submit your entry by 17th December.
Winner Announcement: We'll announce the winner in January 2025.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The competition is open to all schools located in London and the immediate surrounding areas. DanceWest reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries.
Only one entry per school email address is permitted, max three per school.

2. Entry Requirements:

To enter, schools must complete the entry form provided by 11:59pm on Tuesday 17th December 2024
By submitting this entry, you agree to receive information and updates from DanceWest about workshops, events, and other activities that may be of interest to you.

3. Workshop Details:

The workshop will be up to 2 hours long and can be split into two sessions for different groups within the same two-hour block.
Schools may choose the dance style and focus.
The workshop must be completed before the end of the current academic year.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement:

The winner will be selected at random and announced in January 2025.
DanceWest will contact the winning school via the email provided to arrange the workshop.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If the winning school needs to cancel the scheduled workshop, DanceWest will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same academic year.

6. Use of Images and Promotion:

By entering the competition, the winning school agrees to allow DanceWest to take photographs and videos during the workshop. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
DanceWest will ensure that all images used respect the privacy and dignity of the students and staff involved.

7. Data Protection:

Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with DanceWest's privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General:

DanceWest reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
